This pre-release website does not ask you to create an account, submit personal information, or provide a precise location. It does not currently use advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or non-essential cookies.

Like most hosted websites, the hosting and network providers used when the site is deployed may process limited technical information—such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser details, and security signals—to deliver and protect the site. Their handling of that information is governed by their own policies.

The upcoming app

Global Weather 3D has not yet been released. This is not the final App Store privacy policy.

The introductory release is planned to be free, with no ads, no subscription, no separate user account, and no Apple Weather integration. The app will need network access to request weather and ocean data from identified data providers.

If the app offers location-based weather, permission will be requested through iOS. The final policy will explain what location information is used, where requests are sent, what is stored on the device, and whether any privacy-safe aggregate product analytics are enabled. It will reflect the shipping build rather than future plans.
